The venue can be reserved exclusively for your wedding, allowing every stage of the reception to take place in a private and carefully coordinated setting.
From the arrival of your guests and the welcome aperitivo to lunch or dinner, speeches, music and the evening celebration, the spaces can be arranged around your schedule, guest count and preferred style.
The Jazz Room, Marine Room and panoramic terrace make The Boat suitable for intimate celebrations as well as larger wedding receptions, with configurations depending on the season, layout and spaces selected.
A dedicated Event Manager follows the planning process and coordinates the reception services included in your proposal.

The different spaces at The Boat can be used separately or combined to create a natural progression throughout the celebration.
During the warmer months, the panoramic terrace provides an atmospheric setting for welcome drinks, dinner and an evening reception beside the river.
The Jazz Room offers a warm and distinctive interior inspired by vintage jazz clubs, while the Marine Room provides a bright nautical setting connected directly to the terrace.
The indoor rooms allow receptions to be organised throughout the year and provide a complete alternative in case of rain or cooler weather.
Tables, seating, bar areas, music and service stations are arranged according to the programme of the wedding, helping guests move comfortably between each stage of the reception without leaving the venue.
From the Welcome Aperitivo to Dinner, Music and the Final Celebration
Every wedding reception is developed around the experience the couple wishes to offer their guests.
Your event can begin with an Italian aperitivo, followed by lunch or dinner, wines and beverages, speeches, live music, DJ entertainment and the wedding cake.
The proposal can include food and beverage, waiting staff, bar service, tables, seating, mise en place, lighting, entertainment and personalised decorative elements.
Our team coordinates the timing of the reception and the services selected, allowing the couple to enjoy the celebration without having to manage each supplier during the event.
A private cruise on the Tiber can also be added before or during the reception. Guests can experience Rome from the river before returning to The Boat for dinner and the evening celebration.
