Your package can include exclusive use of the venue, food and beverage, waiting staff, bar service, table settings, music, lighting, customised décor and the coordination of the reception.
A dedicated Event Manager will guide you through the planning process, helping you define the experience and coordinating the services selected for your wedding at The Boat.
Whether you are organising an intimate celebration or a larger reception, the package will be adapted to your event rather than forcing your wedding into a fixed formula.
What Can Be Included in Your Rome
Wedding Package
Every proposal begins with the venue and reception experience, then develops according to the type of wedding you wish to create.
Your package may include exclusive access to the selected spaces, an Italian welcome aperitivo, a personalised menu, wine and beverages, professional waiting staff, bar service, tables, seating and mise en place.
Music, DJ entertainment, live performers, lighting and decorative elements can be incorporated into the same proposal. Photography, videography, floral arrangements, celebrant services, guest transfers and other experiences can also be added according to your requirements.
The Jazz Room, Marine Room and panoramic terrace can be combined to create a natural flow between welcome drinks, lunch or dinner, music and the evening celebration.
For an experience that could only happen in Rome, you can also add a private cruise on the Tiber before or during the reception, allowing your guests to discover the city from the river.
